End of Day

I only set 1 today. However, I also got a verbal on Intermountain Sales and Mktg. That should close on Monday for 6 lines and a Comcast referral.

Results

While reading I got a call from a cold lead I LM with. I called back and had to leave another message. I also got a call from another potential customer and was able to solidify the deal on that one. Now I just need to follow up and get that closed.

So - I didn't set 2. But my faith has expanded in those 2 interactions. I will set another time today to try again to set 2.

Faith...not feeling it

I'm not feeling the confidence I have felt the last 2 days. That confidence comes from faith. Faith is a gift. If the gift is not freely given we can earn the gift through sacrifice. What or how should I sacrifice right now in order to get the gift of faith I need?

I can fast. I can make a specific goal and give myself to it by focusing completely on those specifics. I can make a covenant to give up something until I set 2 - that might be the more strategic way to fast. Faith also comes by hearing the word of God...

Here's what I will do. I will open the Book of Mormon and read it for 10 minutes without interruption but total focus. I will open to any spot and just get into it. And I will pray that faith will be given to get on the phone and set 2 qualified appointments aqap.

Calling...

Making calls can get pretty boring...I've got to step it up. Called 6, got 1 DM.

Set 2

OK - here I go. It's 9:44am. I was scheduled to start calling at 10am this morning but I would like to get these set sooner than later. I also have 1 initial, with BBH Consulting, scheduled for 1pm today. I need to prepare for that and do some follow up today.

Speedi Pack

I had the thought twice to stop by SpeediPack. I did. It was perfect timing and I'm putting together a proposal for them. I went to a few more places but prayerfully decided that by setting this one and setting 3 yesterday, it would be wiser to go back and finish the remainder of the day I had planned, since I have now set 4 in 2 days, which is right on schedule.

Heading Out

I succumbed to Emma's puppy dog eyes to chaperone her field trip this morning. I am heading out to door knock now to set 2. Much better than the cabin fever I sometimes feel behind my desk.
